Shipping
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

All original packaging and components must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
